Welcome to Otakumart!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at https://otakum.art (the "Site") and our services offered through the Site (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Services
Otakumart is an ecommerce web application that facilitates the showcasing and selling of products by vendors during conventions. We serve as the intermediary connecting vendors with their customers.

2. Ownership and Usage
Vendors are responsible for signing up and initiating the selling process on Otakumart if they are certain they will be present at the convention, allowing customers to pick up their orders. This ensures efficient order management and timely fulfillment. A fee is charged per convention for the use of our platform. Vendors must connect their Stripe account to their Otakumart account to process orders. Otakumart only charges fees imposed by Stripe and does not levy any additional charges. Vendors are responsible for adding applicable taxes to their prices. Refunds for convention fees are available upon request up to 14 days before the convention, provided no sales have occurred.

3. User Data
We collect and process personal data, including names, email addresses, and Stripe account information through Stripe Connect. 4. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
